All burners offer a “true simmer” feature that maintains a consistent temperature of 145 degrees. Wall ovens come in 30” double and single configurations, featuring convection, infrared broil, and moist-bake functions, among many others. A beautifully engineered motorized rotisserie system allows you to roast multiple birds or the largest cuts of meat with ease. Capital’s 30” warming drawer is approved for both indoor and outdoor kitchens, and can be used with a panel that matches the rest of your cabinetry. Its glass and stainless steel finish looks sleek and attractive on its own as well. Finally, Capital’s vent hoods provide outstanding beauty as well as functional appeal, with powerful 600-1200 CFM motors.
